Through January 21, 2010, several bloggers have united under the direction of Crystal at Money Saving Mom who has written a blog titled "Help for Haiti: Everyone Can Do Something - Comment or Link Up and We'll Donate!" Crystal has asked the bloggers and their readers to do one or more of the following:
- PRAY for Haitian earthquake victims,
- GIVE to help Haitian earthquake victims and offers a numbers of ways to donate, and
- BLOG about what you've done to help Haitian earthquake victims
In addition, Crystal and her husband have pledged to donate $10 to Compassion's outreach in Haiti for every person who blogs about what they specifically did to help those in Haiti and leaves their link by January 21, 2010. Many bloggers have followed Crystal's lead by making similar donations between $0.10 to $5.00 per comment or link left on their blog to charities of their choice and Gifts For One Gifts For All Too is going to follow suit.
In addition to my previous blog entry that rewards people that have donated to organizations helping Haitian earthquake victims with a $10 eCOUPON to the online gift store Gifts For One Gifts For All, this blog will step up its efforts to do more by:

When you become a Twitter follower, Facebook fan, blog follower, leave a link or comment on this blog entry, you will receive a $5.00 eCOUPON to Gifts For One Gifts For All. A minimim purchase of $15.00 is required to redeem the eCOUPON and with a purchase of $20.00 or more, 10% of your purchase will be donated to Haitian earthquake victims.
I will make donations as described above up to $500.00 to Save the Children. I have selected this organization because my wife has been involved with this organization and for several years has sponsored a child that lives in Haiti. In addition, over 90% of the funds donated to Save the Children go towards the programs as opposed to administrative and fundraising expenses, ensuring money donated benefits thoses it was donated to benefit. My wife has set a goal of raising $3.000.00 for Save the Children so your help will help me and if you're interested in donating to this organization, I encourage you to make a donation to her page as well or set up your own site.
In addition to the $500.00 donation, I will also donate 100% the income generated through this blog to organizations helping Haitian earthquake victims. This blog earns income through the following sites:
